Blood spots in eggs?
I've got 12 of last seasons pullets that are really laying well but one, or possibly two of them, are laying eggs with blood spots in them.
They're fine to eat but as I sell a few eggs over the farm gate, they obviously don't look too appetizing to the punters. Is it possible to candle my eggs so I can tell which eggs to keep for the house and which ones to sell?
