I don't buy beer.
I do however make it.
I don't want to sound big headed but I have won lots of awards for my beers.
I make clones of commercial brews and the best ever was a clone of Fuller's ESB, a superb full bodied, rich, English bitter.
I entered this in the Yorkshire Federation Show (second biggest in the country after the National) and won "Best in show".
The judge, a fully qualified BJCP beer judge, put on his comment sheet,
"in 30 years of judging this is the first time I have awarded maximum points, it was a privilege to have judged this beer"
I was like a dog with two d***s.
Bear in mind I was brought up in Boddington, Holts, etc. country and with a Dad who said Southern beer was p**s and as for Courage's you needed courage to drink it.
Try it, it is a very good ale.

Well done mate.

As far as the Ruby Rooster was concerned, well at least it was wet.
