We've already picked loads of sweet peppers from the polytunnel and last night, I had to pick these before they went past there best. There's still quite few left, I think I might have planted a few too many of them.









I'm running out of people to give them to.

I've been down to the pub this evening and given them away to my mates. We've got tons in the freezer ready for winter stews.

Roast them off and peel the blackened skin off and freeze them, they take up hardly any room and taste amazing,  you can also roast and skin and put in oil, because they are roast there isn't the worry of botulinum there sometimes is from garlic, then the oil can be used and the peppers
