What would that be used for?
I can see the use of the knots that you make into key fobs etc but not this one.

If you make loads of them in different colours/sizes you could have a game of marbles with Bodger, Kaz.

I made one to cover a friend to cover a gear shift knob.  Here is a cover I made for the end of an awl handle
