Butchery is one of those dark arts, this lad shines a light on them. Well worth a watch even if its just to find out what paddywhack is  ......I enjoyed them anyhow.

Butchery is the big glaring hole in my skills and I have been trying to find a way I can learn thst doesn't cost a fortune in cash and I can fit into my schedual.
I have one of debbies butchery weekends on my wish list but not the time or the cash to do it yet so watching those will hopefully help stsrt me off.
