|I've started doing ribs in the slow cooker. Well, only the tiny supermarket ones. A whole rack of tiny ribs in the slow cooker, covered in stock for 7 hours, then 30 minutes in the oven slathered in home made barbecue sauce.
Proper big butcher sized ribs I've put in a very slow oven, about 110 for six hours, in stock, and tightly covered with foil. Then finished off as with the slow cooker tiny ones.
Who needs a lawn? Dig it up (or get your chickens to do it).
