I made some a few years back with a recipe from the river cottage site but I'm blowed if I can find it now & the elderflowers are in full bloom.

Anyone got a decent recipe please

Here are three of my photo step-by-step Elderflower related recipes I did a few years back:

Home brewed (Elderflower) Bucks Fizz

Here's River Cottage's recipe for elderflower champagne, Rick.

Good luck and cheers.

thanks guys, That's the recipe then, although since I had a couple explode on me last time I'm going to rack into demijohns after 5 days I think so I can monitor the bubbles and bottle as it slows down a bit.
