Obviously 3 cats aren't enough for one household (well not if you have a rat problem like we do!!) so we made it a nice round 5 in the summer with these two new arrivals.....

They are both lovely young cats but the ginger has turned into a complete character with a huge bushy fox like tail! He can usually be found inside things.....
The sink

A bag

A basket

You get the idea!! Added to that he has the World's loudest purr that doesn't seem to have an off switch!

So a few months on and despite having had his delicates removed the ginger ninja has turned into this....

He has a tail as big as a fox brush, is about 3 times the size of his "sister" kitten and is still as soft as anything! He must have Maine Coon in him-the size and personality! I think he is our favourite cat so far!

Diggers, are you saying, our Sod is Australian,

I think you might be heading for a kick in the gonads, calling him Australian.

We had a cat exactly like him, she was a mix but she turned out just like him, we also had a friend with two litter brothers who were the same, we never found out exactly what was in them but they were all the exact same shade of ginger. The boys were incredibly heavy for their still reasonably large size, where as our girl was light as a feather and not a bit of meat in her bones when you lifted her. They were three of the greatest cats I've ever had the pleasure to know.
Based on these observations I decided to get a Maine Coon kitten, worst decision of my life, it terrorised my poor Jack Russell and the house, eventually had to rehome her as she was such a nightmare. Would love another of these ginger giants though the tails are just incredible.

Unfortunately this gorgeous guy went AWOL a couple of months ago... Might have just added his new sis and brother to the chaos though...
