I let a guy rent some land as he was desperate he's been here for around four years, recently his horse died so I told him it was a convenient time for me to shut that aspect down and reseed etc. He's taken his stables which is fair enough but this is what he's left

There is no story, he's took everything of value including stuff of mine and broken what he couldn't take. He's always pushed boundaries but thought he'd got a bit more about him than this sort of attitude. To be honest it'll be a relief to see the back of him. It's partly my fault because I treated him like a responsible adult.
