Anything by D B Plummer is a lays an entertaining read.

Kenzie is a must for ny wild fowler, I also enjoyed Geese by Edward Miller

There are a few others I'd heartily recommend just need to check the shelves.

A Mouchers Tale by Phil Lloyd has to be one of my favourites, and by a man who knows what he's talking about!!
Also, the Jonathan Darcy collection have got to be mentioned!

Rabbiting by Bob Smithson - excellent and thorough book that covers rabbit behaviour, sporting methods of catching them, ferrets and their basic care, how to ferret, long-netting day and night, night shooting techniques, snaring and how to prepare your bunny for the table, with recipes into the bargain!

The only place I feel he's weak is longdog/lurcher/sighthound work and for that my favourite is Brian Plummer's Longdog and Lurcher Training.
