Well we've certainly been watching our petrol consumption and I'm sure that you have.

High petrol prices? Bad for your pocket but good for the environment? What do you think?

Maybe the Govt will learn what retailers are starting to learn, if you increase prices to inflate profit, turnover drops and you're back where you started, no better off but a bitter, resentful customer base.
Or, if you over milk the cash cow, she will dry up.
OTOH, a reduction in fuel consumption may be good for the planet.
Swings and roundabouts?
