Yes -its a parasol mushroom. They are nice ate the "drumstick" stage but still good eating when mature. They occur in pasture. One year there were loads in Knole park and I used to collect a few when out riding. I always carry a bag just in case! Love Lizzie _________________ Norfolk 'n good!! |
