OH picked up his bees on Monday-pleased to pay only £50 for the colony-benefits of being involved in local beekeeping group.  They are now happily (apparently!!) in their new hive.  Amusing how OH talk about them-as if they are some cute and cuddly new pet!! We shall see how he feels after his first few stings...although apparently they are very nice placid bees!!
