I have a couple of tonne of Mangolds that i bought for the sheep..... im just wondering if i could do anything else with them ??????
Not done an internet search yet just thought someone may have a recipe tucked away somewhere.

Ummmmm Mangold Wine -  once tasted - never forgotten.  I had a glass in 1965, and the flavour lingers still

Yes that aroma of slightly fermented Mangolds does hit a certain spot.  Funny I have never heard any of the TV "wine buffs" mention it

When I was young they used to say mangolds was an expensive way of giving them a drink.
