Sod that for a game of soldiers.  I feel sick looking at it.
The seas around our bit of coast are horrendous at the moment.
Next Saturday Kaz and I are flying to Guernsey and then taking a small ferry onto Sark. If it had been this weekend, we wouldn't have stood a cat in hells chance of getting there and we'd have been sleeping on the streets. I hope that this lot we're having now hurries up and blows through.

Well actually on an IRC0 ocean racer heading downwind that would be fun! A tough way to earn a living for sure though.

I remember days like that when I was deck mechanic on the Ocean Observer in the North Sea 3 years ago.

That looks a tad ruff  here most of our Crayfish (lobster) boats are much smaller than that.
