hi bodger,did you ever find any rir eggs? my fathers cutting down due to health so not hatching many this year,iv got large,bantams,single and rosecombed birds and would be happy if someone could use the eggs.

this year i'll have these about some in small numbers
cream legbar
R I R
white leghorn
welsummer
naked necks(blue)
marans
polands(chams half friz)
and some turkeys(bronze but one stag is slate so bit of a mix)
more than happy to swap for the same(new blood) or indan game(LF) or anything that lays real dark eggs!

has anyone got any oxford type game eggs either for sale or swap,i fancy some gingers or gold duckwings ! if you want an exchange rather than payment i keep a black gypsy faced oxford stag with a gypsy faced hen( there are normally 2 but one is brooding at the minute) and a normal red faced hen ,a partridge american and a wheaten american  ( i can tell the yank eggs from the oxfords if needed),i also keep 2 pens of oegb  a brassy backed blue stag with a self blue a black and a lemon blue hen and another pen with a brassy backed black stag a partridge hen and 2 furness hens . i am going to set the incy soon with some of my large game and thought it may be an opportunity to top it up with some others
