oo now i feel old,heard the z cars theme on the radio today,made me think of "public eye", "man in a suitcase","i loved the "saint"oh well,back to my memories

I loved  Dixon of Dock Green --and the music. There was a very old one I can barely remember--was it Fabian of the yard? there used to be a big black car swinging into Scotland Yard every week. I'm so old me memories going

Stratford Johns played Barlow and I think it was Frank Windsor who played John Watt. The Irish bobby in Z cars was called Lynch, not sure if he was a Ken or not.

Andy Crawford was Dixon of Dock Greens detective son in law.

I learn't to play the theme tune to Z cars on the recorder in Junior school...I still can

Elliot was played by Richard Stack as I recall.

I liked Dangerman and never really warmed to  The Prisoner.
