Today I'm coooooking.......

Loin of pork, in a bed of apples and onions.
Potatoes, roasted of course, on a bed of mint, topped of with the remaining oil/sauce from the meat.
Onion and apple sauce collected ready to top off the meal
Cauliflour and Broccoli cheese.

Had to buy in the leeks and parsnips.....sad I know...

Added some apple and onion to the gravy/sauce....
What do you reckon...enough flavours?

Forgot to mention a drop of balsamic in the parsnips.
Crackling on the pork ....crisppppppy/ crunchy, having been drench in the apple and onion  remains.....

Forgot the carrots that will be steamed........Chantenay of course , this time from the garden.....

Must do more

Yeah .........what's for dessert?

Sounds good to me DD,

We had a nice leg of lamb with roast spuds, carrots green beans, and cauliflower.

For dessert a raspberry (from the garden) and chocolate tart, topped with double cream.
