Three little pigs

The three little GOS gilt weaners that we got off Bodger are doing really well together.  They are from Bodgers sows Gladys and Dot and there are 2 piglets from one litter and 1 piglet from the other so there was a little bit of earbiting at first to establish a pecking order-  but they seem to have settled down well now.

They are daughters of Patrick our lovely boar who we lost a few weeks ago so we are chuffed that a new era of breeding stock includes a little bit of Patrick.  Hopefully these little ones will be as chilled out as their parents.

Snuggled in the back of the pickup when I got them home.

Been meaning to post a couple of updated pictures for ages
The three gilt weaners I got off Bodger and Kaz are coming along very nicely - Mary (coz she was quite hairy), Rita (coz she was the sweeter of the 3) and Peggy (coz she was fighting with Mary and hurt her
leg-gy)
