Step up to the plate.

Could members either do an article on a subject that they have an interest in or failing that, suggest an article that they want to know more about ?

I made a couple of cornish pasties today and photographed the steps, when I get a chance this weekend I will write it up if you like although Im by no means an expert on pasties but someone mentioned they wanted a guide to making them for a certain website so thought I would give it a go today
My lunch

I would like to make a small cart/trap for a goat to pull either a flower cart or similar not for pulling a person more as a novelty. I would like to paint it possibly as the travellers/gypsies do there's in bright colours with scroll work etc. I have looked on google for images but will be looking for more ideas will be doing a search for gypsy cart etc.

I would like the wood used to be light enough for a goat to be able to pull it with no real physical strength needed i would imagine this will also be reflected in the wheels bearing hubs etc. being in free working order

any ideas

cheers

Can I borrow the write up and photos to post on the cooking for engineers forum please?

Those damn yanks have been going on about cornish pasties on there and none of them seem to have a clue.

I sort of owe the cooking for engineers forums one, after blantantly stealing their thread on clam chowder for Bodger the other day
Pilsbury

Its you I did it for, corse you can have it

JR,

I feel another Go-With-Gareth project coming on

Ask Fish about how good my Bike trailer is. Currently I have it stored in his shed.

I think we should ask him nicely and maybe he can photograph it and post the pics up here.

A project like this is right up my street.

I don't want to borrow Pilsburys recipe, I'll settle for borrowing the pasties. :-) :-) :-)

It looks as though we have the making of some good ' How to' posts. Get cracking folks, anymore suggestions ?

My husband and I want try and hatch some eggs under a broody hen next spring. Has anyone on the forum got a suitable design for a coup ? This will be our first try.
