Radish Dip

Sounds bizarre but tastes great!

Small bag/bunch of radishes (about 15) topped and tailed
2 peeled cloves of garlic
200g Philadelphia or other soft cheese

Put the garlic and radishes in your food processor and blitz until chopped, then add your soft cheese and mix in.  Add a good grind of black pepper then put into a bowl and chill.

Delicious served with bread sticks or celery to dunk and also nice with chopped chives mixed through the dip for a bit of extra colour.

Perfect for these warm afternoons (apart from the fact I had a bag of radishes that needed using up in the fridge), been dunking in the garden - just a shame it's a little too early to have a glass of something chilled, white and alcoholic with it as I think it'd go perfectly

hhmmm Mrs WW.  You might just have convinced me it would be worthwhile growing raddishes after all this year.

It is delicious, even if I say so myself.  I had looked in the fridge, saw the last of the shop bought ones and then seen in the greenhouse just how many radish seeds we've planted that have come up and decided I needed to have a fall back recipe for using up the glut we're sure to have.

I like the sound of that, as am trying to lose weight I will have to use fat free yogurt and then I can dip to my hearts content...I do love a good dip
