Piggy eyes?

Piggy eyes?
Having just watched my young GOS boar turn and walk into his pig ark and by this, I mean quite literally bump into it, I was wondering just how poor the eye sight of other peoples pigs are?
I've also got two four year old GOS's whose eyesight is definitely less than twenty/twenty. In fact, I'm sure they find their food by smell rather than by sight. If I'm feeding them and they're walking towards, if I put the food a couple of feet to one side of them, then more often than not, they'll walk right past it rather than find it.
Have other people noticed how poor the eyesight is on their GOS's?
The only recent comparison that I've had, has been with Large Blacks and believe you me, they saw and heard everything. They used to clock me before I'd even entered the field and were very alert.
I'd be interested to hear what other people think and what some of the other breeds are like.

No problems with our Saddlebacks I can attract their attention by waving my arms from across a field if it's too windy for them to hear me calling.

we have large blacks and probably not helped by floppy ears over the eyes but I often have to go in to show them where a snack I've thrown is. mind you they don't bump into things

My KK's  will track a carrot through the air to see where it lands and I'll be launching them 30 yards and fifteen feet high. They can see and hear well enough.

We've had a few different breeds with loppy ears and I've noticed that they tend to listen rather than look.

We used to bounce apples off the ground for the Old Spots to find because they didn't watch where we threw, they listened for them landing.
