I have a gallon of perry made from pears from my tree bubbling away at the moment.  I can't believe how much pulp there is when you press pears, I've filtered this three times and it still literally looks like a lava lamp in the demijohn as the co2 shifts it around.

I know it's not true perry as they're eating pears but last years lot turned out quite nice and it's great to make something from scratch.

Rhubarb's just the same mate. The amount of filtering it needs is unbelievable
