Just send a couple of soil samples off to the local lab - in a crop growing area like yours there'll be at least one local place doing soil analysis. They'll run a full gas chromatograph or something on your samples and give you a breakdown of all the elements and can probably advise you on what you need to adjust depending on what you want to grow.
