Nooks and Crannies. I need your help. Can you have a look in all your nooks and crannies. I need a set of four of these spark caps for my Grey Fergi. In the good old days, most cars used them but not anymore and they've become hard to come by.
The one that I've got was made by Champion.

Cheers Border but hopefully I should be able to get some a bit cheaper second hand but I do have those to fall back on.

If I was you mate I would not use second hand electrical items when doing up a tractor.
There is nothing as annoying as electrical faults.
I use this place when I want spares for my tractors, always found them extremely helpful.

Check out www.vehicleproducts.co.uk and look under ignition. I use this company a fair bit and they have some useful stuff.

Can you not use a modern set? Or do you want to keep it as orginal as possible?
Reason I ask is that the modern ones have a smoothing capacitor within the suppressor cap to help, erm, 'smooth out' the voltage going to the plug. Helps spark performance a lot, especially given the technology in modern plugs
