My latest brood.

Only three born but not too fussed as I'm keeping two and it makes it easier to re home the 3rd one.

Born of the 24th May.

This picture was taken tonight 09 June.

Another couple of weeks and the eye will be open, causing all sorts of mayhem.

All of the kits are hobs and are coming on fine.

Three's a good number, so much better than ten or twelve to rehome.

I had read somewhere if the jill was kept in doors then the litters produced are often smaller in size, than the ones being kept outside. I gave it a go and  it worked for me.

Thanks rusty, they are 4 weeks old this Tuesday, and I've just started weaning them today. There's some racket coming from the hutch.

Another 3 weeks I can get back out ferreting and start filling up the freezer again.
