Mink Control.

Here's an interesting piece on efforts to eradicate the bmink in Scotland.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-12323300

To the conservationist who says that shooting the mink after its been caught is very hard, Id say consider a different career.
I'm also at a total loss as to why the RSPCA should be asked for an opinion on this matter. There's a good chance that some of their card toting members could have been in on the original vandalism that saw mink released  from fur farms. They then say that there maybe cause for mink control shemes to go ahead in the UK. A great understanding shown there then ?

Then it is taken away to a quiet spot along this catchment of the River Don, and killed: a single shot to its head.

It is not easy to witness, and the conservationists I am with say it is a difficult part of their job.

Oh really? So why are they doing it then?

Someone please explain to me why these fools feel the need to load each piece they write with emotive, spurious nonsense like this.

It'd be a bdooly sight less easy to witness if the "conservationists" tried the get hold of a Mink and euthanise it with an injection
