Pilsbury

make heat proof moulds/formers

Im looking for a way to make, or have made, a template that is food safe and stable at 90c, it needs to be about 2mm deep min but up to 5mm would be fine, i have looked into vacuume formed plastic but no luck there so i was thinking of maybe a metal plate with cut outs but that is going to be v expensive so looking for any ideas.

I want to have a panel with neat 10cm squares in that i can put onto my dehydrator shelves and fill with fruit puree if that helps the creative processes.
