Livewight animal to butchered meat

Does anyone have a guideline  % starting from liveweight and ending with usable butchered meat for
Beef
Lamb
Pork

Beef live to hot dead 50-60%
Lamb live to hot dead 50-60%
Pork live to hot dead 70-75% (inc head)

dead weight to meat
Beef 65-75% pure meat
Lamb 65-75% pure meat
Pork 1/3rd skin & bone 2/3rds pure bone & skin free meat

Beef will loose about 15-20% or more between hot weight & proper hung cold weight
lamb & pork much less (say 5-10%)


But all depends on breed & finish

Yeh could be better. Great for them but not so good for most users. If the sites right a loan would be better. Especially on the 6kw set up.

for pork, 100kg live i end up with 50ish kgs once butchered less head...
