It's pancake day!

Who will be having pancakes tonight then? and what is your favourite topping?

I will still go for the classic lemon and sugar and now that the kids have all left home I might even get to eat some

I've just finished making savoury pancakes ready to pop in the oven. Just a few because we shall over indulge on fresh sweet ones.

I'm a traditionalist too, lemon and sugar. Steve prefers a squeeze of orange.

Nothing wrong with that Dave,

I have just whopped down two plates of these, vanilia ice cream and blackberry jam, pancakes, there are a few pancakes left, so I might have another plate a little later. blodoy lovely.

had my pancake tonight with lemon and sugar managed to toss it and get it to land back in the pan

Lemon n sugar here when we have them, didn't know it was a tradition but Dad was Welsh/English and Jean Born there so guess it just seemed right
