I've got crabs

and lobsters.
I've just had a knock on the door and I'm now in possession of two crabs and two lobsters. They are alive of course and none of them are very big ones. How long should I cook them for?
confused

I just give them 20 mins , or there abouts ,
sod

Hope you have mentioned it to Kaz.......

in the freezer for half an hour so they "go to sleep" then head first in plenty of boiling water that can come back up to a rapid boil almost immediately (so make sure you pan is big enough or cook them in batches) - I never cook mine for more than 10 minutes  based on a weight of about 1.5lbs each....dont forget they will continue to cook as they cool down
