HoggetWe decided to keep one of the Lleyn x Hampshire lambs from last year and take her to a 18month old for our freezer, I weighed her today and live weight she is around 65kg. On monday we take some other of this years lambs that have been sold to friends for Xmas (butchered and boxed)along with our Hogget. We are going to butcher ours ourselves (for our own consumption) I hope to take some pics of loading and then through butchery.
Would anyone have any ideas on unusual cuts we could use for New years day ? along with any recipie's
