Goose meat

Took the Legs and Breast of a Greylag goose I shot at the weekend.

Anyone got any ideas / recipes on cooking it ?

We've used it make ace curries Dave and my old mate Von in America used to make spicy tasting dried jerky.

I've found Canadian goose be quite beef like and you can also use it in pies and stews.
