Ginger crunch recipe for me old mucker bazzer!



Ok for ginger crunch you will need:

125g butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 tbsp golden syrup
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder

Method:
Melt butter and golden syrup
Add flour, sugar, coconut & baking powder, mix well

Press into a greased slice tin and bake for 15-20 mins at 180 C

to make the icing:
75g butter
2 tblsp golden syrup
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Method:
Melt butter and golden syrup, add icing sugar & ginger
Spread icing over cake and leave to cool
Cut when cool
