Agree good basic tips.
For years I've banged on about paper pots, toilet tubes and even the long tubes from gift wrap paper, cut to size they are spot on. Average seed tray will hold 36-40 paper pots. The beauty being you don't disturb the roots when planting out. Carefully pinch out the bottom of the paper pot, for longer rooting plants and make sure the top rim of the pot is well under the soil. Otherwise the sun and wind will dry the paper and starve the the plant of moisture.
Cut and grow lettuce, I sow in (again) mushroom baskets lined with a sheet of newspaper and keep in the G/House.
You will have noticed mush/baskets I use a lot, must try and get some more
