Deer NeckHas any one ever tried to cook the neck of a deer? I'm in need of some ideas that are not of the common types.
This deer was harvested on an Island off the coast of Georgia, food supply consisted of salt water marsh grasses and live oak acorns. I have not tasted the meat yet, however, while skinning and quartering the animal I noticed the lack of a strong order, so I'm inclinded to think not a strong tasting animal.
Here he is before I took him to the butcher.
