Daughters first win

My little one had her first win last week end

We have 2 ponies of our own which she rides, but the local riding school have asked her to ride one of their difficult ponies at some shows (in exchange for some free lessons).

Here are some pics from last week end.

She won Best small pony in hand (all age groups), Best rider under 16 and came second in Best Lead Pony

Not bad for her second ever show.

Congratulations - is that one of the 'difficult' ponies that she is showing?
Polly

That's brilliant! She looks so pretty and neat - her pony is wonderful!

Thanks for the kind replys

She is 8 at the moment but has an excellent rapport with this pony, he is a bit wild and untrusting of everything but she seems to calm he right down, believe it or not she sings to him as they go round.

I sing to myself and Holly when we do dressage. The teddy bears picnic is great for keeping a good rhythm whilst cantering. Unfortunately i sometimes forget to close my mouth whilst i am singing it
