Coffee Grounds Recycle Them and Make Mushrooms :)

For awhile now I've been into growing my own fungi, found this link regards FREE coffee grounds from all Starbucks Cafe's (a great medium for growing Oyster Mushrooms).

Not sure about the recommendation to put coffee grounds in the worm bin as they're quite acidic and worms prefer slightly alkaline conditions.

Use to regularly pick up bags of coffee grounds when the nearest supermarket also housed a branch of Starbucks.  I'll be passing a branch tomorrow - I may see if they have some available.

Humf - I know about tea leaves on roses and teabags on the compost heap but coffee grounds is a new one on me.
