Christmas slow cooker ommelette.I took this from another forum I am on, and it surely is a good breakfast!!
1 32 oz bag of frozen hashbrown potatoes -- partially thawed
1 lb of cooked & drained, thin crispy bacon cut into small pieces
1/2 cup minced onion
3/4 lb of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Layer your ingredients beginning with potatoes on bottom layer, then bacon ,etc.....
Now, beat the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together. Pour this over the whole mixture. Cook on low for 4 hours.
