Blueberry wine...........

Put a gallon up last night! I just used juice, but I'll be interested to see how it turns out. Smells fanatstic so far!

Butterbean? I know you're something of a dabbler when it comes to blueberries, mate     If you have any tips you'd be willing to share I'd be really grateful?

I'll try and e-mail you the procedure I last used.  Its rather detailed but it turns out very good.  Sortof an off dry wine with a gentle bite, beautiful color and 16% alcohol.  Its a sneaky potion to be sure and care must be used since panties have been known to cause house fires when tossed on top of lampshades.   You may find some of the sanitary procedures a little extreme but if followed you will have consistancy with each batch.

Thanks Joe! I'd really appreciate that

So................About those panties on the lightshades.......................? Awaiting the info' regarding follow-up techniques with great interest

Here is what I played with today.  I have berries and melons coming out my ears so I thought I'd try something a little different.

Its a little early to tell but I think this has some promise.

Looks good mate. Jo bought me a couple of bottles of fruit cider the other day ('Kopparberg', or something like that?). I wasn't anticipating much, but what a refreshing drink it is! Only 4% which makes it perfect for the likes of a daytime BBQ too, or even just as a refreshing drink while lazing about..............

If you end up with something like that it'll be a right result

I had to sample some of the mash and I have to say I was tempted to dilute it just a bit and bottle it without fermentation cause it tasted really nice.  I hope it maintains this flavor.
