Austin Healey Sprite

My Daughter & Son in Law visited this morning to show off their car, he has been working on it for 2 years. It should have been finished for their silver wedding last year but due to lack of overtime he was unable to afford it in time. They went on their honey moon in another Sprite  which he sold later  & regreted ever since . Photos later

Nice Little motor.

Some 34 years ago when I left the UK, I sold my Austin Healy 3000 and I too have  regreted it ever since.

My B.I.L had one in the 70's. He used to race it at Brands hatch. I can remember going out in it and going under the barriers in the car park and not paying!!! Happy Days!!

John fancies an Austin 7, but Id plump for a Morris Traveller in British racing green.  Actually, the colour dosnt really matter, I think they are wonderful.  Just right for an old biddie to take to town or take the dog and picnic to the beach.

Sports Cars

My missus wants a 3 wheeler Morgan with the v twin engine I would like an old MG.
I'm sure if they were to remake some of the old models they would sell like hot cakes.

Frog Eye

My son in law found the frog eye on a farm in Staffordshire. The farmer having been told why he was searching for one said he could buy it on condition he sent photos & showed him when finished.
