an excellent selection of free plans for garden projects

Recently I have been surfing around the internet for ideas, inspiration and plans; especially free plans for a couple of garden projects, and I came up on this excellent website.

So if you would like to build a shed, make a bench or planter, or know how to lay decking, and an awful lot of other great ideas for woodworking projects for the garden this is a good place to start:

Ironically, I have not found exactly what Lois & I want; but it has given me a few ideas to start from, so last night I sharpened my pencil and began drawing up the plans for our Island garden planters.

Eeek! There's loads of stuff, I don't know what to look at first. Bookmarked for a good browse when it's raining - thanks.

We turned an area of slabs into a raised bed. Removed slabs and forked over  base then using reclaimed scaffold boards made a 18 inch high rectangular (but you could go mad and have a diamond or something) raised bed. Put a ledge on it so you can park your bum, filled with soil/manure/compost and grew veg very sucessfully in it last year. Love Lizzie

What a great idea!   Know what I'm adding to all my raised beds this year!
