40 liters of guinness

Didn't take many pictures but here is my guinness clone

Grain
7Kg maris otter
2Kg Flaked Barley
1Kg Roasted Barley

Hops
70g Target full 90 min boil

Yeast
Gervin ale yeast 2 packs

Mash tun Full 10 KG of grain and 25 liters of strike water


First Runnings very dark


Cooling after the boil


Yeast added and tucked up at 20 degrees


2 weeks later Kegged and ready to go


also did a few bottles

How long did it take you to perfect that brew?

Its the first time I have done a Guinnes clone but it tastes so good I will be doing it again .. Tastes similar to guinness only better in my opinion, stronger tasting than pub guinness more like the stuff you get in the Dublin brewery

Next time I do a brew I will take some more pictures and explain how I do it in a bit more detail
