'night all

I'm in the middle of a very serious experiment at the moment  I'm currently doing a side by side taste test between a few of the beers I've made using 'clone' recipes from commercial brews.  I've got some botles of mine lined up and the respective original brews from the supermarket.  At this stage in time, I'm not quite down to typing with one eye closed but I can't foresee tonight being a late one   anyhoo, I'd just like to get my apologies in now for any posts I may make later

The things we do in the name of research eh?

Aye it's a chore alright.  Must admit though, after the beer testing and then cleansing my palate with a few glasses of shiraz, I am a tad dry this morning!

I have some watermelon wine and some watermelon blues that will need  testing done shortly.  Though the colors are reminicent of childhood drink I'm a little concerned with the initial figures but will have to test and see.
