On the ‘Maggie’ thread in Discussion I said I’d go to the local museum to see her handbags!
I’ve lived in Grantham eighteen years and only once set foot in the museum to buy a postcard.
Not great quality pics, a combination of  glass cases, bright sunshine through the windows and a camera mobile phone!
I was asked not to take pics of the WWII display for copyright reasons!

Maggie’s spitting image puppet and display.

Shoes and handbags!

The Newton display.

St. Wulfram’s church.

Britain’s first policewoman, apparently another iron lady! With police gear from her day.

Aveling Barford stuff. This was the factory Gareth and I worked in. Now not a shadow of its former glory days!

I have worked on machines like the red monster!

Other stuff!

Fancy a bit or rabbiting with these?

This one was taken in the street outside my front gate. You wouldn’t stand there now, you’d be mowed down for sure.
