For the last few nights I've been watching some very old repeats of the Rick Stein Food Heroes programme on the Good Food Channel. They're well over 20 years old but Stein still comes across very well and the programme looks at some very interesting and different food producers.
There are some more on channel 243 tonight. The ones that I've been watching have really been very good .It's quite sad to think that poor old Chalkie has long since departed.

She's very adept at circling and cutting.
A true professional - they always make the hard tasks look so simple.
I could never do that in a month of Sundays, and she does it freehand!  A true
