Hare coursing is illegal now of course. I don't know where it was filmed but what I don't like in particular, is that there was absolutely nowhere for the hare to get away and I can understand why the general public don't like the thought of coursing.
I had the good fortune to attend a number of Waterloo Cups and the set u[ was nothing like that shown on the video clip.

No idea where or when it was filmed or even if it was in the UK.If I was to guess I would say the USA as the title says rabbit and they course jackrabbits ( a type of hare) there . It looks like a very old clip and I was glad the rabbit/hare got away.The dogs running flat out for 4 minutes surprised me. I went a few times to the waterloo cup and it was a better layout with an escape route for the hare .
