We're going to sit down this evening and send for some of these. There are some fabulous colours available and for not much money. We love them and so do the insects.

I've just thrown twenty stems over the fence into the woodland edge. If you want ordinary foxgloves for heavens sake say and I'll save the rest in the garden for you.
I have white, pink, plum, coloured ones. They're just the wild ones, but they self seed merrily around the garden. If you want seedlings, I'lll happily weed the gravel path around the pond
They'll grow up to 2m tall if they've got ground and enough water.

We've got tons of the wild ones and we love them, its those exotic ones that I want. I saw a programme on the Tatton Show a few weeks ago and that's what's set me off. it doesn't take a lot.

I did look at the link in your post, and I too thought those were lovely. I just don't have room. I let the wild ones come up where they choose and weed out the ones that are crowding out other plants that I want. There are always some survive and the bees love them.
