It's all alcoholic in here - nothing on posh water or teas or fruit juices without alcohol.

What are us poor teetotalers to do?

Not my fault I'm allergic to alcohol. Obviously non of you lot grow tea!

I am a big fan of fruit and herbal teas. During the Autumn and Winter I had Fruit  and Herbal teas as one of my payment items for the Norwich Trade School courses that I lead.......... so I now have about 1 years supply

These days fruit and herbal teas are so much better than just a few years ago, and the selections have grown to the point where I can drink a different one each day of the month.

The soft drinks and cordial manufacturers seem to have got their act together with many of the smaller brands becoming more widespread with excellent tasting and really refreshing traditional and not so traditional flavours such as Apple, Elderflower, Dandelion & Burdock, Ginger-beer, cloudy Lemonade, Raspberry & Blackberry, Raspberry and Blueberry and a whole host of others.  One I had the other day was Elderflower and Blackcurrant and it was superb blend of flavours from one of the small to medium companies.

The flavours and verities  are out there, you just have to find them.
