Hi all. Thought I would drop in with our crimbo pressy. Lex, our new Lurcher. She is 3/4 Greyhound 1/4 Bearded Collie. A bright little thing who is starting to fit in well. (despite the grumblings of a grumpy Border Terrier and a 1/2 cross)

She is happy to share any available bed space,

Though it does mean looking like an Afghan refugee until house training is done,

She looks tiny!
I hope the other dogs stop being grumpy with her.
We love lurchers  - our 3/4 whippet 1/4 greyhound is 11 years old now (and grew to a whopping 65 lbs   )

I didn't realise that you were Scottish Diz, that's a very snazzy kilt you're modelling there. and a cracking pup too. I was only saying to Karen this morning that its years since we had a pup in the house but the hint went unheeded.

It's nearly 2 years since Jasper died. The longest I've been without a dog, I too keep hinting but don't think it will happen.

Smashing looking pup
My wife and I saw lots of lurchers in the NE, Durham and Northumberland, where we lived.
On Redcar beach they scampered gracefully around the beach and left a lasting impression of agility and grace.
